The last few days when I get up in the morning I have an ache in the center of my chest at the tip of the lower sterum. When I press on it it hurts. I take 3 double strengh tylenol 500 mil each and am good for the rest of the day.No pain until the next morning, Then I repeate the above,it seems to get a little better each day. What is it and how can I get rid of it?

Thank you ------ I am a retired male 71 years old--all vitals are ok
