Continued issue with left side under rib cage

by JBHEAVENSENT, Mar 11, 2008 07:03PM
My sister in Law is a CRNA and I had been telling her about my issues with my arms both going numb at night and how under my arm is constantly sore.  Recently I started experiencing numbness in my pinkie and ring fingers on my left hand and swelling in the upper part of my arm.  She said that it sounded like TOS.

I have a Dr. appt. on Thurs. but my question I guess would be if in fact this is what it is would the issue with my left side have anything to do with it?  She did say something about the lymph system and when this side bothers me it tends to swell some down toward the bottom of the ribs.
