I am a young Indian lady.I have indigestion trouble for so many years.My hair turn white from my childhood.Now the most hair colour is white and the remaining hair color is brown.Please advise me for the said .Is there any need of tonic?IF yes please recommend me tonic.I eat only Vegetarian diet.IS there any diet deficiency?If yes please suggest me the diet.
