im scared and looking for some anwers

Im not realy sure what i might have or if i have anything at all. all I know is I woke up 3 days ago and i had two bumps. They only realy hurt when I have to pee. Sometimes it itches, but maby thats because im thinking about it. Yesterday I found another one and I think there might be a fourth. im realy scared this could be some sort of std. I thought that when i was tested like 2 months ago that they checked out more then they did but they only tested for Chylamidia and Ghonaorria.I was pretty grossed out when I found out I only know im free of 2 of the meny stds. Well I dont think its genital warts because they are all spred out and they dont look like califloure, and they arent blisters that look like they are filled with yellow puss. Mine are more like red bumps near the inner hairline of my vagina and there on the left and right side. If I look closely it seems like the center dips in a bit and is sortof yellower. As far as other symptoms, nothing that realy seems strange. My abdomin feels fine. Ive never had anything as far as bumps happen to me before this, and well i know near nothing about it.

You should get this checked out as soon as possible.  It could be herpes, and herpes testing by culture is very time sensitive.  You want to culture the sores within 24-48 hours of their appearance, so getting into the doc soon is very important.

Call your doc and let them know you might be having herpes symptoms, and need to be seen today (if its not too late where you are) or tomorrow.

Make sure they do a culture and type it, so you'll know if you have type 1 or 2.

If its not herpes, it could be folliculitis, among other things, and you might need an antibiotic for that since it sounds pretty bad.
