Do you have similar lesions in other parts of the body?
Were your physician's able to give you a probable diagnosis for your condition?
With regards to this white patch,is this painful or itchy?
Is it scaly or shiny?
Any penile discharge?
Differentials for a white patch is a fungal infection, a dermatitis or a psoriatic lesion. I suggest that you discuss this with your physician.A fungal infection may be relieved using mildly potent corticosteroids and topical antifungal medications.Psoriasis and dermatitis may be relieved by corticosteroids and other preventive modes of therapy. Continue to observe the lesion. If this changes in character (eg rapid growth, pain, burning, bleeding) then an immediate consult is necessary. This is most likely a superfical skin condition in the absence of other symptoms like pain or deformity in erection.
Continue with your medications.Note that corticosteroids should not be used for long periods of time.If the lesion has improved get a follow up consult with your physician so that the medications may be modified.
