Withdrawal Symptoms

I have been on 150 mg Effexor XR for three years now. My doctor also put me on 50 mg. of Trazadone and 50 mg. of Lyrica, which I have been taking for about 6 months now. I was having so many side effects that I deciced to quit taking all the meds. After the 2nd day I was so dizzy I could barely stand. I also can't sleep and have terrible nightmares that wake me up. I got flu-like symptoms, nauseau, sinus congestion, muscle aches, chills and a fever. Is this all from quitting the meds? I am also coughing a lot. I don't know if I just happened to get sick at the same time I quit. I had to take a half-dose of Effexor today just so I could function and stand. Within a couple of hours, I wasn't feeling so dizzy, but I still feel sick.
Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get these meds out of your system?

and I have horrible dizzy spells. It took several weeks to completely get
over them but I did and I am sure you will too! Best wishes coming off your
meds, I wish I could but I am afraid I am a lifer.
