im may have posted this in the wrong area -im sorry -
i have noticed over the last couple months that the left side, base of my neck feels like i have a swollen gland, i have an appoinment for the Dr. in a few days, but was wondering what this could be, of course over this winter a did get alittle sick ,and ok now.. (cold)...but this swollen gland i noticed before i got sick ... there has to be a reason and i will find out but ...what is it..thanks. i'd say its the size of a marble, doesnt hurt , and moves rather easily..and its not hard at all. pls email me at ***@****

Hi,
I am afraid I am of quite limited assistance here as I cannot examine you. It could be a lymph node that is swollen from your recent illness, a cyst, an abscess etc. The list is actually a bit long so you really need to be examined by your doc.
