I have this weird crease in my mouth on the left side near the gum. it's almost like a wrinkle in the skin, but it won't go away and is extremely painful. someone help... i have no idea what it could be i've been looking all day and haven't found anything explaining this pain.

I am sorry but I do not know what you mean by a crease. I think you should see your dentist asap for a diagnosis.
