How do I know if Aldara is working?

I started Aldara yesterday. While I understand that it takes a while to work, I am terrified that it won't. It seems like it only works on about 1/2 of the people that use it. Are there any signs other than the shrinking of the wart that will indicate that Aldara is working for me?
