respected doctor roger,
                                  hello,my name is sid and i'm writing from INDIA .i'm 25 yers old and am pursuing MBA. my issue is that i want to cross-cheque my medications with you which i am taking from 25th june 2004. my doctor is MBBS, DPM, MD in psychiatry. I suffer from OCD since the year 1998 when i was just 16 years old though didnt know about it then. i'm taking following medicines since june 2005 :

     1) tablet PEXEP- 40mg (paroxetine)  { 1 tablet a day }
     2) tablet MELZAP- .25 mg (clonazepam) { only SOS }
     3) tablet LAMITOR DT- 25 mg (lamotrigine) { 1-1 tablets a day i.e 2 tabs in all }

even now i suffer from nightmares and my shirt is found all wet in the morning by me.also till how long would i be required to take these medicines as want to be free from this obligation of day & night ?? my doc says i'll have to take 'em till the time i dont become alright anf free from all the symptoms of this disorder ! also it costs me $22 a month in purchasing these medicines,which is a great deal to spend for a student like me ! i also experience a lot of sweating all the day long since i'm taking these drugs which makes me irritable sometimes as its embarassing in front of all the my friends.
plese advise me whether taking these medications for this long is harmful for my mind and body and till how long should i continue with these drugs ? please also advice some remedy for these continuous nightmares which dont even let me to achieve peace while in sleep.
                                                        thanks sir.
                                                                                                             warm wishes & regards,
                                                                                                                           sid

I do hope someone informed you that in order to reach the doctor's colum, you need to look to the right of your computer screen and it will distinguish which ones are answered by a doctor.
