Recent eye problems

In Feb 07 I had an eye exam and my pressures were slightly elevated.  Doc said to come back and have them checked again.  They were still slightly elevated so she done glaucoma tests and field of vision tests.  No glaucoma, but I do have thick corneas which she said explained the pressure.  However I failed the field of vision test in both eyes.  It was outside vision if I remember correctly.  I told her how lately it had gotten really hard to see at night.  She said come back and take the field of vision tests again.  I did and failed again.  She said she thought it might be a pituatary tumor.  So, I had an MRI done which showed up a really bad sinus infection.  So, I had sinus surgery and figured that probably fixed my problem.  I went back in Oct 07 and took field of vision tests again.  Once again I failed and she said it appeared it was getting worse.  My vision was sometimes blurry and I told her and she said my astigmatism had changed and that was why it didn't appear to be blurry if I wore my glasses.  Anyway she said she still thought I had the pituatary tumor and looked again at my MRI and said "OOPS" they done the wrong MRI, and I can't see your eye sockets ect..  So another MRI was done and I went to see a neurologist who said the second MRI (with contrast) was normal.  Anyway so I just let things go until Feb 08 when I had another routine eye exam so I could get another prescription for my contacts.  I went to a different doc who said my eyes looked good and didn't see anything wrong.  I took my records and showed him and he said he believed my eyes were fine.  Now for the past at least several weeks, my left eye has started twitching and for the past couple of days my eyes are foggy again.  Sometimes I can blink and clear it up, sometimes not.  I thought maybe my contacts were old, so I put in a new pair and it still is foggy.  I don't think it's foggy with my glasses though, at least not that I can tell, so I am back to wearing glasses alot, which I hate.  Any ideas on what could be going on?  My mom is a diabetic and I've been checking my sugar with her machine, and it's in the normal range, so it's not that.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a fact. Anytime a person that wears contact lens complains of blurry vision the cause is the contacts.

On the other problems you need visual fields repeated perhaps each 6 months for the next 2 years to see if the visual field defects worsen. If they do see a neuro-ophthalmologist.

If they are stable or go back to normal then you can probably get by with once a year exam.
