I am Canadian. I had unprotected sex with a prostitute 2.5 years ago. I did not ejaculate inside her or even get close, I ejaculated by masturbating myself after intercourse. I am deeply ashamed of how I behaved at that time in my life - I was not well but have done much to turn my life around. I can't change the past but I am doing all I can to be accountable and make amends. My fear is this: just what if she got pregnant? I have no idea what to do. would I have been contacted? I brought her back to the place I was staying but otherwise she would have no way to contact me. I must admit I have obsessive compulsive disorder and this could be the biggest problem. I don't know who to contact and I just want to do the responsible thing. I never heard anything after the event and I had (foolishly) unprotected sex before and after without ever ejaculating and nothing ever happened. I no longer even live in the same city. Is there anythign I can or should do. Thank you.
a) This is most likely your OCD speaking to you. I could see some logicality of worrying about the consequences etc... Directly after or shortly after the incident...But 2.5 years later?
b) It doesn't sound like you "pushed" her into anything (the unprotected sex). I doubt it was her first time as a working girl doing it unprotected. More than likely if this is the case, it's extremely likely she'd be on birth control.
c) You didn't *** inside her. Though it's not impossible, the chances of her getting pregnant from your pre-*** is close to zero. I've used the pullout method for many years.
If you're still worried. Read a, b, and c again. Move on and let it go. If the chick was still easily contactable, I'd say look her up...But only so you could get rid of your guilt / fears...Not because I think there's a snow ball's chance in heck that she got pregnant from you.

read the PIP section where it says a small study found "most pre ejaculate samples did not contain any sperm and those that did had only small clumps of a very small amount of sperm which seemed to be immobile."
