i hurt my ankle

ive recently started playing soccer for the first time, so im just adjusting to the boots
so far, every time ive trained or played a game, both my ankles are in great pain, but theres no swelling so im pretty sure i havent sprained it
should i go see a doctor about this?

Hi,

It is important that you take a serious note of the injuries. This may be benign and may get better soon, but this you must try to maintain caution. A visit to the doctor may not be completely out of place here. Till the time you see him, you should try to avoid all exercise and strenuous activities and use some OTC pain killers.

Let us know what the doctor says and keep us posted on your health.
