First and foremost am an asthmatic patient, though not chronic. Past 3years i had problem with ma stomache suffered from a disease that sounded like Gastric but Doctor said it was Anxiety. Am a lefty, and for years now i noticed a sign of swell on my neck looking like sign of goitre.

Now am having problems, and i feel or think its the thyroid problem but am nt sure though i have gone for a test already(thyroid function test). Please can any Doctor suggest what am suffering from by the following symptoms;

- Fatigue
- Stress
-Excessive sleeping
-Sweating (alot on my palms)
-Muscle aches atimes
-Thrust (monthly)
-Rapid heartbeat
-Weight loss
-Decreased Appetide
-Moving of the body beyond my control(my hands and legs cant stay still)
-Fuzzy Vision
-Hopelessness and feeling of dizziness
-Feel tired everytime i raise my hand above my head
-Feel like my bones are not strong
-My teeth feel like rocks a times (hard)

Wish i can get a quick response from any doctor... Thanks..

Would make sure thyroid has been tested and continue to work with your doctor to determine the cause.  The symptoms are not specific to a single diagnosis and may well be from stress/anxiety but certainly testing thyroid is appropriate and continuing to work with your doctor to get to the source.

Resul for the THYROID FUNCTION TEST proved my thyroid is functioning well. TSH 1.37 (UIU/ML 0.30-5.10) AND FREE T4 15.5 (PMOL/L 11.5-22.7) Can you explain to me?
