My wife has a hypo thyroid, now TSh is lesser than 0.01

Dear Doctor,
I got married 2 weeks before, my wife has hypo thyroid for past 4 yrs. she told this only after my marriage. Now i need your help.
She took three tests so far and here is the results
For the first time when she took it was lesser than 150
Second time before some yrs it was 55.2
Now the recent result taken 1 month before says it was lesser than 0.01
She is taking two Thyroxine 0.01mg tablets daily in empty stomach
We are planning for a child. I want everything to be safer and nice and live a happy life.
Kindly let me know if anything i have to be aware of , or need to take care, any suggestions.
Now her health is fine and she is happy and never i find her tired often.Her mensus cycle was postponed for four days due to my marriage with the tablet prescribed by the doctor and she had her mensus cycle on 27th of feb.
