Need Second Oppinion

Have had hpv for 18 years, never had real wart. What I want know is, does hpv cause vaginal tears and fissures? I have been tested for STD's and they have all came up negative. I still get these very painful fissures above the hood for no reason and around the entrance after intercourse. No one can give me an anwer to what this problem is or how to treat it. I have been given steroidal creams, but as soon as I stop using them they stop working. I also get the fissures at the top of my backside and the skin just degenerates and gets extremely sore.
