hi, i have married 7 monthes ago and i did not become pregnant yet since i got married my period alwalys getting in a continous delay for days and last month it delayed for a week however i went to a doctor he comfort me that there is nothing wrong with me and my ovulation was perfect the problem is that month there is spotting in 13/3 and 16/3 knowing that my LMP was 19/3 and i had a serum pregnancy test on 16/3 and it was negative

My husband and I have been trying for 7 months to get pregnant.I have 2 other children from a previous marriage.And my husband has none.We have tried putting my hips on a pillow and not moving for the rest of the night.I have taken my temp but i'm not sure when i o0 day from the first day of your periodvulate.what do you suggest.And is it true that you ovulate 10 days from the first day of your period? Please help.
