i have being on these tablets for 5 years and for the last 2 years i have being having side effects which are tingling hands head feels like it does not belong to me i have no emotions sweetie hands palpations every day so i now they are not panic attacks i was not told about the side affects and i was told they were easy to come off them. iam on 20mg and my doctor told me to take 10 mg but i dont think that is right could you give me some advice please and if i could stop taking this and go on to somthink else that is easy to come off thanks.

Your doctor is right, the first approach to side effects is to lower the dose to the point that the side effects stop.  If that works, and the medication is helping, you can stay on it.  If that does not work, then go off the medication over a three week period, the last week every other day at lowest dose before you stop.
