I am trying to concieve and my husband has questions about how  heredity affects the 2nd generation? Or family history for offspring would be as follows... Paternal Great-Grandfather w/ bipolar, Paternal Grandfather with Bipolar, Father (clinical depression that is managed- late onset mid 30's after post traumatic stress). Mother NOT Bipolar
