3 year old fell tooth loose

my 3 year old fell forward playing around she hit her lip a tiny bit of blood, hour later started crying her tooth hurt
left front on top a little forward of other one, i pushed a tiny bit it went back . will it fall out? will it die? should i take her in tomorrow to a dentist? I gave her childrens motrin. please please advise i am very worried about her and tooth

The tooth may be tested non-vital after a traumatic event. However. the dental nerve tissue may turn out necrotic or vital after 2-4 weeks. If you can afford , you may go to a paediatric dentist for a check-up. If your child has no sumptom ever since, you may visit the dentist 2 weeks later.

It would be best to take her to a Pediatric DDS tomorrow. They will likely just take an xray & observe the tooth over the next several weeks-months & see how it responds. The idea is to keep that tooth in place until the adult tooth replaces it (around age 6). You should be careful to not give her anything too hard (ex. apple) for a while, & give the tooth a chance to firm up again. Good luck

Oops, that adult upper front tooth really comes in between 7-8 yrs. of age. Just wanted to clarify.
