Child acting out?

I have a four year old son who most of the time is doing the opposite of what I ask,and picking on his little sister.His favorite thing to do is to tell me what to do, and the corner isn't cutting it anymore.Just today he was supposed to be using the restroom and I found him on our kitchen table after killing our pet rat.I tried to explain to him the best I could what he had done...but, he could care less.His dad suffers from A.d.d and his dads brother has A.d.h.d --- Is there something wrong with my son?
