progestrone injections during pregnancy

Hi,
I'm 24 week pregnant and iam on progestrone medication since i knew that I am pregnant. First 12 week I had bleeding but aftrer that every thing is ok thank God,but iam still & continuesly taking progestrone injection .My doctor told me that my progestrone should be 200 but iam 178.
I want to know that how long these injection will continue ,some times i got worried that it could hurt my baby??
