My grandaughter is a recovering from drug addiction.  She has been going to a methodone clinic for 5 years.

She has been diagnosed with bi polar disorder.  She was taking Xanex and also got dependant on Xanex. She has been detoxed fro the xanex but suffers from deep depression, anxiety and panic attacks.

Would Wellbutrin be helpfull to her.  Is it addictive ?

There are many different medications she can take for her anxiety. Wellbutrin is one, and it is not addictive, and might be useful. She will have to work closely with her doctor to find the right one and the right dose.
