wats wrong with me????

wat should i take for a runny nose stuffy nose headache stomach pains sore throught and sneezing and coughing?

it sounds like you have a bad cold. There are some great decongestants that would cure the stuffy nose and headaches. Also Vicks is fantastic for that sort of thing, either the inhaler style or the rub you put on your chest.
I use something like sambucol or echinacea to get rid of colds when i have them as they are good for all symptoms.
