right hip pain after a stroke

I ahd a stroke on 2/27/2008 was taken to er but was not seen. Had another stroke on 3/1/2008 was taken to er and was in a hosp for 7 days. Mri and cat scan showed two strokes on the right brain was put on blood thinners and sent home with pt and a nurse coming in to help. But have this big black and blue bruise and pain on the right hip. I showed the bruise to the nurse but nothing from her. Anybody that can help or give info would be very nice and helpful the pain is bad thank you
