When I was pregnant I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes after I had my daughter I though I was fine and for awhile I was but for the past 6 months if I have more than a cup of coolaide,or more than a 12ounce soda, or more than a candy bar I start to feel tired,nausea,vommiting,weak,hot,headache,sweating,stomache pain I have not been diagnosed with anything and no one can tell me whats wrong please let me know if I should be tested for diabetes and if thats not what it is then what could it be

Hi,
Have you had any blood tests regarding your current blood sugar levels? A certain percentage of women remain diabetic after gestational diabetes, so this is very important for you to have evaluated. The other common hormonal  issue is thyroid dysfunction after pregnancy.

If you have not had these checked, please contact your doctor soon and arrange for the tests to be done. For either scenario there are medications that can help treat you and have you feeling better soon.
