do i have cancer

no period pregancy test shows negitive first positive then negitive ultrasound shows nothing last period december, february one day the doctors feels a bulg that is nine weeks pregnancy and when i went back last week he said it now feels like a sixteen weeks bulg could this be cancer or pregnancy ?
