I am a 31 year old male that has been having problems for 3 years but has became worse in the past year and half. I had problems with the restroom, that is using it 5-6 times a day. Then i had problems with my feet but it was not severe yet.  Then year and a half ago  I started having intense chest pain ii went to er and afterward went to 4 heart doctors and they found enlarged tymus however they told me a biopsy to risky. I they started to have pain in my left knee that was intense either resting or moving it. Then my feet, would and still do, hurt when i get up in the mornings or after times at rest. so bad that i have to step on a pillow in the mornings. I had a surgeon look at me and i had distal esophagael erthema, mild gastritis mod. anttritis, mild peptic duodenopathy and bowel reflux. he also removed my gallbladder in attempt to ease chest pain that was a deep pressure, it was chronic cholectis(?). My knee pain felt better when ortho doctor gave me a shot in it. The draw back was it lasted only 3 weeks and then would return i could only have 3 of these shots. Then my other knee started to become painful along with my neck and lowwer back. MRIs showed degenarative disc disease in both neck and in Lb. In my knee it showed infussion and tilt with subluxation. I had blood test and  they came back neg for rheu, lyme, and other diseases. I now take protonix, cymbalta, i have radiculopathy(knees down onEMG test), fentanyl100, sulfasasalizine*4day, zoloft, xibrom, restasis, lomtax, humira(that easesmy back, neck and fingers).B12 vitaman. I have recently had dry mouth and eyes have chronic inflammation(neovascularization of cornea). I am b12 diff and anemic with basephic stipping.Thyroid is underactive. Gran% is low. LY%, MO%,Seg, is high. Lymph is 61% on blood tests. In all of labs since Oct 2006 my carbon dioxide has been high. I haven't got a true diagnose and the doctors i have been to say rheumatoid but i have no big time swelling in joints(visual). My rheumaoid doctor says 1 week i have fibromyalgia the next he don't know.  Ever day i have pain i can not work can't get ssdi nor a diagnose. Please help anyideas for me to try or doctor to sees. Every day i have pain please help me get my life back if i knew what i had it would make dealing a lot easier!

Thanks a million You are so nice for responding.  I havent been tested yet for srjorens. They have said that fibro is a option but i dont understand why steriods would help me. I have had injections in my knee that has helped. Although it was short lived it only lasted three weeks each time. I felt better when i was on methylpredisolone and even when i told tobradex for a short time. My cornea specialist also is eye disease specialist he was head of ophtomaolgy at university of Loiusville for twenty years and he graduated college at the age of 16(smart guy). He told me it was systemic becuse with eye problems with all joint problems. He is running tests for vasculitis.  2 days later i went to UK to see a new rheum doc and she went over everything and then said she could find nothing else wrong with me.  No diagnise i wonder why doctors can not make a diagnose based on symptoms allone.  Thank you so much for the advice. You responding was worth all the work and time typing.
