My wife and I faced a similar crisis as your Mother. The key to not being depressed
is to talk to survivors and then do as they did. We found several survivors who had
used Gerson Therapy successfully in some cases as a complement to conventional therapies and in some cases instead of chemotherapyChemotherapy Lung cancer - chemotherapy treatment.
After 1st chemo it moved down faster to about 185.
After 2nd chemo it moved to about 135.
After 3rd chemo it moved to about 65.
After 4th chemo it moved to about 45.
During the entire chemo period we have used a modified Gerson program
with 2 carrot juices and 1 greenGreen tea juice and three Gerson meals.

Then to add MRSA to the mix and pseudomonas (wonder how that popped in?) just makes it harder on your Mom. This has been a lot for her to process in so short a time. Expect some shock and depression. I'm so glad you and your husband can be there for her. It may not seem to be helping but I'm sure it is. No one wants to handle this alone. Take care of each other. That's the best thing you can do for now. Hugs to you all.

So for 16 days before surgery we worked 8 hours a day implementing the Gerson
Therapy at home and we got great results:
(1) Horrible cough went away in a week.
(2) Fluid in abdomen dried up in 10 days.
(3) Fluid in chest reduced by 1 1/2 inches in 10 days as confirmed by X-rays.
(4) Complete sense of hopelessness was gone.
Before surgery CA125 was about 3800.
Dr. was quite surprised that many items in CT scan, where he expected to find
cancer, he did not find it. Did these items clear in 16 days. Probably yes.
One month after surgery and continuation of modified Gerson program
CA 125 was about 365, down from 3800. Two weeks later it was about
320. It was coming down even without chemo, under the Gerson modified program.

If your Mother wants to heal she must cross over from hopelessness
to hope, and talk to those who survive. If she wants information on
Gerson Therapy she can find it at: www.gerson.org where they have a free
online movie called: The Gerson Miracle. They also have a booklet for sale
on Ovarian and Female Organ Cancer with personal stories of women who
beat the odds and cured their ovarian cancer.
Dr. Max Gerson himself treated one of my relatives for an advanced cancer in 1950's
and he is still alive after being given only a few months to live. Quite a story
and a true one!!!! Tell your mother, there is hope!!!!
