Im 19 years old and suffereing from a variety of problems. When i was 16 i became bulimic, i kept this a secret untill i was 18 and met my boyfriend. I would say that im not currently bulimic but can still relapse from time to time. I also have mood swings when im despessed for no real reason, my boyfriend has noticed changes me, sometimes im really nasty towards him and will scream, im not sure why. But there are many days when im normal. I have trouble sleeping, sometimes i feel emotionally unattatched to things i usally really enjoy I have an intemse fear if being murdered. When ever i enter my house and i no my housemates are not there i make myself check everyroom, i sleep with my bedrom locked and oftern will lock myself in my room during the day for fear of there being somebody downstairs. i have an underactive thyroid. Im an intelligent A grade student and just dont no what to do!

You are suffering from what is called a generalized anxiety reaction, and you could benefit from some combination of medication and counseling to figure out what is going on in your mind at deeper levesl that is causing these symptoms.
