Could I be Pregnant?

Hi there!! I am 30 years old and need some advice. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was in my late teens but am currently not on any medication (personal Choice) I have all the typical signs - facial hair, overweight etc I am now 12 days overdue on my period, about 10 days into my circle I had some spotting - Fresh and Red but now I am really late but today I started abit of spotting again today first very dark red and now brown. I have had these waves of nausea, bloatedness, tiredness, my nipples are a bit tender but nothing major oh and I go to the loo a lot. I feel premenstrual but there is nothing!....I do not like or eat salty foods but in the past few weeks that is all I have been going for. Could I be Pregnant or is it all in my head???? In July 2007 something similar happened and I had a blood test that came up negative and the doc said I was not pregnant however shortly there after went to ER cause I was bleeding excessively and had terrible cramps and even that doc did a blood test that came up negative - (could I have been pregnant then??? I have been reading about many women with PCOS who get negatives when they really are pregnant) Anyway I hope it someone can give me some advice... I do not want to go to the Doc and make a fool of myself again... Chocolate Fairy
