Low Blood Pressure

please i feel dizzy and nauseated sometimes and i've gone to see a doctor. i was told i have low blood pressure and was given some injections and drugs. i'm through with the medications now but i still feel dizzy sometimes.
should i keep going to the doctor or what can i do about it?
