I started off as a 36D before lipo. I grew to a 36 DD on my left and a 36F on my right. After the 1st full surgery, I went down to a 36C (left) and a 36DD (right.) Then everything grew back and I was a 36D/36E. I just had my 3rd reduction (2nd surgery) on my right and it appears I may be a 36D. It's till too early to tell as it's been 4 weeks and I'm still bruised and swollen but it is starting to look promising.
I wish I had done the surgery from the start instead of lipo. I suggest speaking with several doctors about this. My plastic surgeon who did the surgery stopped doing lipo on the breast because of the lumpiness it left behind.
Good luck.
