i had my 19 week ultrasound and was told my little baby is very small and i have sua(only 1 artery instead of two) i have to go back next week for another ultrasound. i am so scared if she is going to be ok. what does all this mean? will she catch up in size? they said her heart rate is 153 so it is good just her size and i am not gaining weight either. i have gained 1/2 pound i am 21 weeks now. i am so scared!!!

Hello,
It sounds like there are early signs that your baby might become or already is growth restricted. This could be due to placental reasons, chromosomal abnormalities or genetic syndromes not easily diagnosed by screening, maternal medical conditions, medication or drug use, or perinatal infections. Continue close follow up. You will likely need a consult with a high risk obstetrician as the situation becomes more clear.
