having disabetes and eatting to much real sugar is suppose to be not good also eatting  chocolate bars

Yes,
It is generally recommended that individuals with diabetes(and actually everyone!) limit their refined sugar intake, as well as all sweets and candy bars. Small amounts are okay as long as blood sugar levels are controlled, but  weight gain should also be importantly considered.
