HLPE ME LOSE WAIT

HEY MY NANE IS CHIMI IM 17 IM A MALE I WAIT 236 POUNDS AND I WANNA LOSE THAT WAIT FOR THE SUMMER CAN YA PLEASE HELP ME...TELL HOW TO LOSE THIS WAIT  I WANNA MAKE A CHANEG IN MY LIFE

Hi,

You need to make a diet plan and avoid fats, procesed foods etc from your diet. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily and drink at least 1.5 to 2 litres of water everyday.

You should also start a daily walk routine and some exercises.

You could join some aerobics class etc to help you.

Have you gained weight suddenly? If so, thyroid and other endocrine disorders need to be ruled out.
