Possible Wart Follow Up

I hope all is well and again thank you for your help.  On the 26th of February I posted a question regarding and entitled "Possible Wart."

After I went to the doctor for my follow-up, it looked like all was well and he said it definitely wasn't wart and that all looked good.  Thankfully, I agreed and assumed it was a blocked pore as you said in your response to my February 26, 2008 posting that I also picked at. Yesterday, I noticed something very similar as before - slightly raised, flesh colored and I gently touched and picked at it.  It came off rather easily. It bled for a little than it looks the same as before. It felt kind of like a pimple. Red and irritated slightly raised.  Zero discomfort.  It is generally in the same area, pretty close to the same spot.  I was wondering how concerned I should be it is a wart or if in fact it is the same problem as before just a clogged pore.  I do not want to go and keep going to the doctor if it is unnecessary.   Thanks for your help doc and if look forward to your response.

I have posted my original message below this.  I look forward to your info.

Warts don't suddenly appear and look like what you describe.  Please stop picking and making your penis bleed.  No need for concern.

Thanks.

Yes, perhaps you are right and it should just be left alone.   Perhaps, I am causing the problem.  I have something similar on the penis skin just below the penis head on the shaft. I of course picked at it and irritated it.  I was worried that was also a wart but I guess not and I am a large part of the problem.  What do you think doc?
