Surgery vs Radiation

Dear Dr. Lupo,
Can you discuss the pros and cons of surgery vs radiation for a hot thyroid nodule that is causing the TSH to be <0.05?
I will start tapazole tomorrow to normalize the TSH and then need to make a decision when I see my endo again about which way to go.
