I get my period twice a month why?

by mushedcupcake, Mar 24, 2008 05:36PM
I have been getting my period twice a month for about a year.  I know i should see a gynecologist and i could be anemic.  I just want to know, what causes this to happen because my periods were regular before.

ok i do not know why this is happening, but if u want to get preg you most likey might be able to because your ovulating. use those ovulation sticks at the store.  I would see a gyn thought, because u could have something wrong

I thought the same thing but I was having irregular uterlining bleeding.  I guess it is very common with PCOS and you are not actually ovulating and it is not your AF.  See an obgyn to have a progestrone test done, to be sure.  Good Luck let me know how it turns out
