Diarrhia/Nausea after unprotected sex without ejaculation

After I have unprotected sex with me girlfriend I get nausea and diarrhea each and every time. We have sex three or four times a month. I almost never ejaculate during or after having sex with her. It's not unusual for me to have difficulty ejaculating during sex, it tend to take alot of energy. I usually feel better after masturbation. I did have my fecal matter tested about a year ago due to regular diarrhea. I was told I had a parasite that was unusual but not harmfull. I don't want to break up with her just because she makes me sick. Please help. Can someone give me some possible explanations please?

I think you have two problems going on at once. I don't think your girlfriend is making you sick. I think you need to see another doctor.
