Why do i feel this way?

Hey im 17 i play football for sutton colts. We play in big football tournments once a month but on that day we play over 5 games of 15 mins a piece i am the captain and the main goal scorer 3 tournments ago we played more matchs than i ever have done in one tournment and ever since that day how ever little i feel totaly exhausted walking from floor to floor is exhausting my back and legs hurt really bad more of the time. And i dont know why this has just came onto me it was 2 and half months ago when it started after the 3rd from last tournment i normaly just felt exhausted for a couple of days then recoved but these days im exhausted still after 3 months nearly whats going on with me?
