Need help, difficulty swallowing

I am 15 years old (male) and I've been having a hard time swallowing lately and I don't know what to do. It feels like there's mucus in my throat. I have black hairy tongue which I think is almost gone.. and I've been having Diarrhea every time I take a ****. I also have a sore in my mouth which my orthodontist thinks is an irritation from my braces but I'm not sure.
