burn at the tip of the penis

I have been tested negative for STD's.  My Urologist injected Iodine via intra venis and took x-rays.  Everything is normal.  He says don't worry about it just drink a lot of water.  Come back in 3 months.  The symptoms are no burn in the morning after a good nights sleep.  Throughout the day the burn increases with each urination.  But, oddly enough, after ejaculation, I am fine for the following 3 days and then it starts again.  Any suggestions?

I really cannot account for your symptoms on a physical basis. Is there something in your diet that is causing this? Durgs? smoking? food additives? Stick to water in moderation as your  daily fluid. If you take medications regularly, try taking them  at a different time.
Hope this helps.

I have the same problems as of yours except i have all kinds of tests CT Scan, and Cystoscopy, etc. Nothing has worked so far. My uro tells me to drink a lot of water. Let me know if you ever get by that.
