excercise related joint pain

by Carie33, Mar 26, 2008 09:41AM
I have recently started doing aerobic excercise in the form of a 1-hour class at the Y.  I am out of shape, and it is very vigorous.  Last time I went, after 2 days rest, I experienced joint pain EVERYWHERE.  It seemed like I could hardly move without a twinge.  I was expecting muscle pain and fatigue, but is this normal for someone just starting an excericise program and trying to lose weight?  I eat right, lots of fruits and veggies, and need to lose 40 lbs to reach the highest healthy weight for my height.  I thought maybe this was related to my PCOS, or my asthma.
