Missed AF, BFN 3 days after, PREGNANT?????HELP

My period has been like clock work for the past 4 months an this month has me confused. I should had started on the 22nd or the 23rd... still nothing. I took a test on Monday and it was a BFN but still no AF. Could I be pregnant? Has this happened to any one else out there? Please write me. I have a dr. app. next Monday. PLEASE RESPOND! Anita
