First of all, I hope you are using protection when having sex. Also what made you think ou pubic lice? Anyways, do you have itiching or burning or any type of discharge? For a yeast infection, some women have a cottege cheese like discharge and some don't. When I had a yeast infection, I had burning (mostly during sex) and my discharge was light. My doctor gave me a cream to use and 1 pill to take. I got a yeast infection again, which my doctor told me that if I'm having sex, then my boyfriend is most likely passing it back to me (men dont show signs of yeast infections). So he gave me more cream, 1 pill for me and 1 pill for my boyfriend to take, which I think now everything is fine again.

You should really see a doctor. Yeast infections are not life threating, unless you leave it untreated, then it can get worse. Also if your having sex (too young IMO) then you really need to go to your GYN to make sure your ok down there.

Yeast infections can happen to any woman.  Now that you are growing up, if you have having symptoms of any type of vaginal problem, you do need to let your mom know.  Yeast infections usually have symptoms of clumpy, cottage cheese-like discharge, intense itching, and redness.

If this is the first time you've had any symptoms of a vaginal discharge or itching, you do need to go to the doctor to find out if that's what it really is.  All women need to take care of their health, and this is no different.  Talk to your mom, even if its embarrasing.

I doubt you have pubic lice if you are not sexually active.  If you have it, you would have intense, intense itching and redness around in your pubic hair area.  Pubic lice are usually spread during sexual contact with a person who also has them.

If you have recently been sick and have taken an antibiotic, this could have caused a yeast infection.

My little cousin was 6 when she started getting yeast infections, she is prone to them. It shouldn't be a problem to tell your mom, its a female issue that almost everywomen has dealt with.

If you are sexually active go and get a pap smear. You can buy three day yeast infection kits at grocery or pharmacy stores. You would have itching, burning during sex, and white discharge. You may have one or all symptoms. It smells like baking bread kinda. If you get a fish smell this if vaginosis. Try to find a free clinic or a womens reproductive center. You will learn a lot more about birth control, STDS, and other women's issues. It is a much more comfortable situation. You should get a pap every year now.
