Swelling in left leg ankle of a diabetic and Kidney Transplant Patient

by senak, Mar 27, 2008 11:50AM
Dear Docter,

My wife is 64 years old and had undergone kidney transplant operation about 2 years and 3 months back.
She is a diabetic insulin patient. She had been in constant consultation with Nephrologist.

Since for about six weeks She had developed left leg swelling near ankle with pain. She was in Nephrological Clinic and was even warded in Nephrology Ward for six days and discharged after testing and medication. Some X-Rays of the foot, thrombotic scanning, blood and urine tests were done and turned out to be normal

Please Advice any further action which we could take to get relief from this condition

With Best Regards

Senok.
