Cosmetic surgery to correct crooked lips?

by opal1971, Mar 27, 2008 01:19PM
Can anyone tell me if there is any surgery that can correct an asymmetrical mouth? I must have suffered nerve damage as a child because I have had this problem since about the age of 10. My lips move to the right side when pressed together or when I pucker. I am considering either a lip lift, fillers, or permanent lipliner to improve the appearance.

The asymmetry of your mouth appears to occur with muscle action.  It is unlikely that surgery will correct this problem.  It is worth trying fillers.
