Nervous about bleeding

I have had some bleeding and I am nervous about it happening again. My due date is Nov 7th .My doctor put me on bed rest and  I go for an ultrasound tomorrow. Has anyone else had a problem?

I had some light spotting a couple of weeks ago, but thats it, are you cramping?

Yes ,I have had alot of cramping and it was a large amount of red blood, not just spotting. How far along are you?

Hey Darling..Looks like you and I have a lot in common. I am currently 7 weeks 2 days.  11/11/08 due date.I have been cramping like a mad woman 3 weeks. I figured it would subside but it is an everyday worry for me. I called my Doctor after the first 4 days and was informed that it is ok as long as I don't bleed. Or if the cramping gets worst go to the ER.

Easter I bled (red and a clot) and I was not a happy camper. I went to ER that night and stayed there for 6 horas. Ultrasound showed little bean, heart beating and a subchorionic hemmorhage. Went to OB next day was told not much can be done but to watch bleed to see if it gets bigger or smaller. Potential Threatened Abortion is my diagniosis. I have put myself on bed rest and I am going to stay here until I see the U/S doc on Wednesday to see what's cooking. Not much hope given by OB, but I am putting my trust in God.

I will keep you lifted in prayer. I know what it feels like to lose a little bean and I am like you worried to death and don't want to go through it again. So keep the faith.

I am 6 weeks and 6 days, I will tell you what my miscarriage was like I hope its helpful, I started bleeding, then the cramping came, I started passing tissue that looked like liver....I have some spotting this time, but my cramping I think is from not being able to use the bathroom, I also have crohns disease so I am more bloated than the average person at almost 7 weeks, especially after I eat... I hope everything will be ok with you keep us posted...I dont know if either one of ya'll have had a miscarriage before, but when you get pregnant again you will be a SUPER nervous wreck! I am starting to calm down now that we are seeing the heart beat but I think I'll stay nervous until I deliver.... good luck to all

Well the bleeding has become pink spotting, and I am still cramping bad.I just got back from my ultrasound and everything looks good. Strong heartbeat 167, crown rump length 15.2 and you could even see beginnings of hands and feet and umbilical cord. Also they mentioned the second membrane, not sure what that is but they said it will spread out.So I am 8 weeks 1 day.I had 2 miscarriages 4 yrs ago and then after taking a year off have been TTC  with fertility. This was my first IVF cycle after 5 IUI's.
Even before the bleeding I was nervous about every twitch. I am just trying to keep positive and I'll say a prayer for all of us.

Im so glad everything is good with your baby, I dont know what all the abbreviations stand for? TTC IUI's IVF?? Thats really great, I had a friend that was in and out of the hospital with bleeding for 6 months and had a VERY healthy big baby boy so...lots of luck to all of us

I had the same problem with my son and everything turned out fine. I even have had similar bleeding with this pregnancy and the ultrasound showed perfect measurement and a good heartbeat. I know - the worrying stinks. Hang in there.

thank you everyone for your support. It helps to know that peaople can have issues and still have a healthy baby . We have to keep positive feelings,all will be well.l

I am still having bleeding but I had another scan today and the heartbeat is strong and the baby was moving around, so I am feeling more reassured. I am now 9 weeks 4 days so I am still keeping positive vibe.I hope you are all doing well with your little ones.
