son secret oxy user going it alone , clean for six months

had no idea , confided in his sister user been clean six months, she finally told me.  answers a lot of questions, why he has not finished school with just two class to complete.,   how to confront without betraying her.  he needs help,  read up , has a lot of symptoms  , now that i know. help

has he been clean for six months , or his sister, its kinda unclear? if he has been clean six months i would think he would be gettin on with school?
if its his sis thats clean, i would talk to her and confront him with her, he is your son, would you rather have some slighted feelings, or a death in the family?

Secrets can keep a person useing which can kill ya so like they say secrets can kill ya,, I"ve also heard that your only as sick as the secrets you hold. Telling him its not his secret anymore could be a great relief to him.  newmanagments right,,you can also look into nar anon or narc anon, programs for familys of addicts,gl
